My Approach
I am a Registered Psychologist who graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Psychology. I have completed training in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. In addition to this, I have acquired skills in therapeutic play, engaging adolescents, trauma, and working with divorced and step-families.

I have experience and interest in working with people across the lifespan, however I particularly ping with neuroatypical children and their families. My bad puns, dad jokes, and interest in pop culture (especially Doctor Who and Harry Potter), allow me to quickly and easily build rapport with younger clients.
I have experience working with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioural difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, and stress. I am also experienced in administering psychometric assessments, including cognitive, adaptive, learning and academic achievement, and personality assessments, as well as behavioural, ADHD and ASD diagnostic assessments.
